Glossary:
Green – eco-friendly, environmentally benign, restorative, and enables the preservation of the environment
Sustainable – to be long-lasting in the original state of existence or in a newer more robust state that is resilient to harmful events, thereby having longevity and promoting the improvement of quality of life
Voice of the Customers – the information provided from a person, place or thing via observational experiences that entails engaging with the Customers through the senses in pertinent environmental settings and surroundings
Customers – People as consumers and what they value (i.e. pets, children, inanimate objects like a home or boat, etc.), restorative needs of the Environment and the rules of engagement that are to be understood before we make contact and change it for our purposes, and our Client’s business needs and goals that define its success.
